Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a 23cm cast iron pan or a 23cm round pan.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour (reserving 1 tablespoon), sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, raisins, and cumin seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk and sour cream. Stir the wet mixture into the flour mixture. Knead the dough in a bowl about 10 to 12 times. The dough should be sticky. Place the dough on the pan and spread accordingly. Cut a 10cm deep slit in the top of the bread. Add the 1 tablespoon of flour that you reserved on top.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 65 to 75 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Would you please provide the full list of ingredients and quantities for it? Raisins, cumin, eggs, buttermilk and sour cream (% milk fat?) are mentioned in the text without their specific amounts.
I'm not sure about this post. It seems to be posted as a way to generate traffic to a facebook page.
I don't know if you noticed but there are many amounts missing in the ingredients list as well as some of the ingredients.
